1. What is the cost to attend a swim session?

The cost is $5 per person, and children 2 and under are free.

2. Can tickets be purchased in advance or online?

Not at this time. Tickets are only available in-person at the gate.

3. What forms of payment to you take?

Cash, debit, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover.

4. Can I buy a season pass or a multi-visit pass?

Season passes are not available for purchase at this time.

5. Is the concession stand open?

Yes. The Splash Island Snack Shack is always open the same time the pool is open.

6. Can we bring coolers or outside food and drinks?

No. Coolers and outside food and beverages are not allowed. Also, alcoholic beverages and smoking are strictly prohibited.

7. Can we leave and come back during a session?

We offer a 10-minute exit pass. Customers can exit the park and re-enter within that 10-minute time window.

8. Do you have to be a member, city resident, or county resident to come to the pool?

No, we are open to everyone.

9. What happens at Splash Island if the weather turns bad while we're in the park?

Inclement Weather Policy

• Check weather conditions before entry to Splash Island.
• Refunds are not issued for weather-related closures.
• If lightning is within 10 miles, the pool is cleared.
• If lightning is within 5 miles, the deck is cleared.

Please plan and prepare accordingly.
